Composition: Aceclofenac 100mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg Tablets

Mechanism of action (MOA)

  1. Aceclofenac: Preferential COX-2 inhibitor with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
  2. Thiocolchicoside: Centrally acting muscle relaxant that modulates GABA-A receptors to relieve muscle spasm.
  3. Clinical Evidence: Dual therapy showed significantly reduces pain in acute low back pain compared to Aceclofenac alone, with similar safety.
