Mechanism of action (MOA)

1. Pregabalin: Binds to α2–δ subunits of voltage gated ion channels in CNS, thereby reducing neuronal excitability
2. Methylcobalamin: Supports nerve repair and treats nutritional neuropathy.
3. Nortriptyline: Inhibits reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, thereby enhancing neurotransmission. Synergistic with Pregabalin for enhanced neuropathic pain relief
