Composition: Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg Tablets
Mechanism of action (MOA)
- Aceclofenac: Preferential COX-2 inhibitor with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
- Paracetamol: acting analgesic that elevates pain threshold.
- Thiocolchicoside: A centrally acting muscle relaxant that modulates GABA-A receptors to relieve muscle spasm.
- Synergistic Efficacy: Triple therapy demonstrated significant improvement in pain and mobility in acute low back pain, with 70% of patients rated as having “excellent” efficacy.
