Composition: Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg Tablets

Mechanism of action (MOA)

  1. Aceclofenac: Preferential COX-2 inhibitor with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
  2. Paracetamol: acting analgesic that elevates pain threshold.
  3. Thiocolchicoside: A centrally acting muscle relaxant that modulates GABA-A receptors to relieve muscle spasm.
  4. Synergistic Efficacy: Triple therapy demonstrated significant improvement in pain and mobility in acute low back pain, with 70% of patients rated as having “excellent” efficacy.

  1. Acute lower back pain with muscle spasm
  2. Neck Pain and Cervical Spondylosis
  3. Postoperative Musculoskeletal Pain
  4. OA flare with muscle spasm
